Group Fitness Classes

Invigorating, fun, and effective group fitness classes. Enjoy a welcoming, non-threatening, and fun workout environment. A place where we work hard, we see results, and we support each other. All levels welcome. Our workouts offer a blend of targeting each muscle group, with various forms of exercise, so every workout is different, eliminating complacency or boredom. Pilate Principles

Pilate Principles has a strong impact on our physical and mental health. Practicing regularly yields benefits towards relieving stress, and assists with flexibility. Come join our pilates principles class where you will clear your mind, focus on your breathing, and engage in your inner strength.

30/30

30/30 is a combination of strength and fast paced cardio. This is a high energy workout that builds stamina and improves coordination. You will be challenged throughout the work out. This workout provides high calorie burn, along with building lean muscles.

Dance Cardio

Dance Cardio is a fusion of dance and fitness to help with cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, and body composition. Each class will leave you feeling toned, shaped, sculpted and stretched. This class will begin with dance cardio combinations to get our heart rate up. We will then move into weight training where we will focus on different muscle groups each class. The class is complete with stretching and meditation. Come dance it up and sweat it out with us.

 

Personal Training

Are you ready to become the best version of yourself? Our personal training program is customized and tailored for each client. Personal training is designed for each individual client based on goals and fitness levels.
